I think that you think that I'm thinking what to write... but I've already thought about this and I think I want to write about SOUP!
Yeah, soup. But that's not a chicken soup which your mom cooks every day...
That's TOMATO-COCONUT soup.
It's amazing, isn't it?
TOMATO-COCONUT SOUP
Good for vegetarians and vegans
Ingredients:
1 parsley
3 carrots
2 potatoes
1,5 glass of tomato puree
2 glasses of coconut shrims
chilly pepper
bay leaf
allspice
salt
Preparation:
1. Roast coconut shrims on a frying pan, next add water. Spill in to the blender and blend it until get thick coconut milk.
2. Cook sliced vegetables in a small amount of salted water with bay leaf, allspice, chilly pepper and tomato puree.
3. Then remove bay leaf and allspice from cooked vegetables. Blend vegetables with coconut milk. Serve with bread.
