Muesli cookies

Healthy and simply cookies. Especially when you like muesli and have large stocks in your house :)

Ingredients (for about 30 cookies):


185g melted butter
130g (1 glass) muesli
90g (1 glass) coconut shrims
90g (1 glass) oat flakes
1/2 glass of wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
70g light brown sugar
1/4 glass (35g) sesame seeds
1 spoon of honey
1 beaten egg



Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix well and knead.
Form balls (size of a walnut) from dough, put them on a baking tray covered by baking paper (keep considerable distances), flatten them with a spoon.
Bake in 170 C for 13-15 min. Cool them until they harden.
