Sunday Pancakes

It's fun when family have tradition...
I think about, for example, hiding eggs in garden on Easter, mushroom picking every autumn...
Not going to school every Monday...
Anyway, something like this.
But, of course,  my family can't be creative  x_x
So, like always, I had to take matters into myhands...
And I made our new tradition: eating pancakes every Sunday :D

That's polish version of classical american pancakes, because
in this recipe we use a milk instead of buttermilk.

Sunday Pancakes
Simply recipe for lazy Sunday morning
(or all other lazy mornings)

Ingredients:
1 glass of  flour
About 4/5 glass of milk
1 big egg (or 2 smaller)
30 g of melted butter
1 table spoon of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt

Preparation:
Melt butter in a pan. At the same time, mix fluor with milk, next add egg (or eggs),
powdered sugar, baking powder, salt and, for the end, melted butter. Mix everything
and put it aside for 10-15 minutes. Fry it on a small fire.
Best served with fresh fruits, jam or maple syrup.

Bon appetit :D
