Hi!

Last week I promised you sth special and I have no intention to disappoint you ;) Although I won't show you exactly what I wanted ( I've some problems with peppermint oil :/ ), I decided to prepare a restaurant-like dish shrimps.

Apple pancake rings

Hello after quite a long break! The holidays are over 2 months ago, but I had to have some time to deal with it -_- Now I'm going to work hard again - 1 recipe for 2 weeks is my target, more or less possible ;]
Today's recipe is next from "quick and easy", but I want to make something really special soon (especially for those who like mint not only in toothpaste).

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
a pinch of salt
1 pack of vanilla sugar (with real vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 apples (not too tough)
cinnamon
clarified butter (or coconut oil)

1. Pour flour in a bowl, add a milk, egg, pinch of salt, 1/2 pack of vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix all.
2. Peel apples. Core them and cut into 7-8 mm slices. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and rest of vanilla sugar.
3. Heat a frying pan, add 2 spoons of butter (or coconut oil). Dip the apples in a pancake batter and put them on the frying pan. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on the one side
and the same time on the other.
4. Serve with honey, powder sugar, natural yoghurt or anything you want :)
